We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@instylemenwear.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Instyle Menwear covers all return shipping costs - there are no return fees charged to the customer under any circumstances. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@instylemenwear.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the damage or incorrect item to help us resolve the matter promptly. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@instylemenwear.com.
